Initial plans and brainstorming for the brief:
- quick turn around brief, doing it as fast as possible
- creating a brand that can be applied across a series
- after creating the first book on Uganda, it should be possible to simply replace the information for a different destination straight into the template
- the purpose is to inform young people about different places to visit than simply going on holidays to party/drinking resorts
- showing an alternative side of the different destinations
- a small pocket sized guide that can easily be taken with the traveller to the destination
- only giving the information that is really needed, unlike current travel guides which provide extra information that isn't as needed when travelling
- the name will be 'Alt.' so it is short and memorable and can be applied to a series
