After discussing it with Lydia, we have decided to simply print her business cards, and she ordered a sample pack from Moo.com so that we could see how their business cards are printed.
She likes the Luxe ones which are quadplexed card with a colour down the middle, so we are going to go for black through the middle as they don't offer grey as an option.
We also discovered that Moo.com do mini cards, which are roughly the same size as the swing tags I had designed for Lydia so we have decided to order a set of them too so that they are consistent with her business cards.

As moo only offer luxe mini cards in packs of 100 and Lydia has no need for 100 swing tags, we decided to split the pack and order 50 mini business cards which have the logo with her name on the front:
