After Sarah taught me how to use the kaleidoscope action on Photoshop I've been experimenting with different patterns by taking old photos that I've used for previous briefs throughout the course and made them into patterns.
I think some of these have real potential for Sarah to work with to produce prints for the t shirts and other products but others aren't as strong. As Sarah is the one that will be producing the products and my role is to do all the branding and packaging, it ultimately comes down to her decision as to what we use for the patterns and how they are added to the different products.
This one is by far my favourite one so far as it somehow reminds me of jellyfish and I can picture it as a panel of print on a dark blue t shirt:
Sarah also has a range of patterns from her previous work and that she is working on towards her collection for final project which we can include so I've shown these to her and we are going to see if we can build a collection of patterns which work together.
