Brief 4: Further Logo Developments

After developing a badge style logo I sat down and decided I'm definitely going to use the hessian sacks for packaging, but this presents the problem for printing that the logo needs to have as few small details as possible or it won't be picked up on the material. As the hessian is quite a wide weave style of material, the details need to be wider than the weave so a badge is most likely not the best style of logo to use. Therefore, I have decided to go back to the original type idea and develop that into a type based logo design.

I think this one works quite well so I have tried it within the visual style I am aiming for:





This is probably the strongest one I have created so far but I'll get some feedback from other members of the class to decide between this and the other one I applied to the visual identity (above) and decide which would be most appropriate for printing and for the overall use of the logo.
